Izuku Midoriya is an ordinary boy born into a world where almost everyone possesses a "Quirk," a unique superpower that defines their identity. Unfortunately, he is one of the small percentage born completely normal. Despite his lack of special abilities and the constant teasing of his classmates, his dream of becoming a professional hero never fades, pushing him to constantly analyze the powers of others.
